I would say nitogensports and cloudbet are the best odds at this time of the day. A day before the match starts.

take a favorite you may not want to lay -300 but you can take that

I use Nitrogensports if I parlay and Betcoin.ag for single bets. I haven't encountered any problems with cashing out and at the same time returned bets as reported by some who claims that their bets were returned.
