Hello, thanks for the answer. This is the first portfolio opening I never opened one. The procedure is correct , I also tried to reinstall the files but nothing . I tried to ctr + c and then ctr + v but does not copy it , do not let me copy and paste . I tried to write , I checked and the sentence is written correctly but not flegga the next button to go on.
An easier way to do it though be sure to not leave it lying around somewhere. When you open electrum and get given your word see copy the seed and paste it into a .txt file so you can have it open and retype it into the confirmation window. If you dont write it out exactly as its shown then you wont get the option to go to the next stage. Mine is exactly the same, i must type the exact words out, one letter out of place and it will not allow me to click the next button.
Also you cant paste it in, it must be written manually, But you can paste it into the text document.
If you copy the words into a text document you could then use the open file button when trying to type in the seed and select the document you saved your seed into and it will get put in automatically.
