What X7 ment was that many people have a great idea for a project.
But mostly that is it. So they just need someone to program it for them.
And of course they don't have the money to pay you. Most of the time they don't even have an idea what this would cost.
But the idea is so great, that it will make you and the developer rich.
But i can not give you any details since someone could steal the idea.

1. Who you are, why are you doing this.
2. Who are you looking for, what skills you primary seek (programmer, editor, graphic, jack of all trades)?
3. What is this project you want to work on, even rough description is enough.
4. Are you going to pay for this or this is non profit project?

Idea make a social network (IDEA 2016)
Technology: Facebook+Paypal+bitcoin blockchain
Money will be add to user wallet by blockchain +social network+User Infor veri like paypal

Your English shouldn't be a problem if you are legit, but anyways with all the mistakes you made in your first post, you don't look that legit.
