The ticket you have received has attached timer. You can see that it shows countdown to tournament registration and start time. When the timer reach zero, appropriate link will appear leading you to tournament lobby. Reserve some time for Sunday and see you at the tournaments floor.

Go to "Players Club" at the top of your desktop client user interface, click on your picture at the top right, scroll down to "Bonuses" then click, there you will see your ticket.  You have to wait for registration to open before you can use the ticket, but when it does open, all you have to do is scroll down to "Upcoming Tournaments," on the same screen that you found the ticket, and click enter.

After contacting to admin I got my ticket.
But I never played poker anywhere so it's complicated for me to play.
Is there any way that I can convert ticket to Bitcoin.
Also if I can't withdraw the ticket can you give me some more info how to play Poker on betcoin.ag

Can you give me some more details about 250 GTD Ticket.
Something like , its value in BTC or $ , Which games I can play with it on Betcoin.ag .

250 GTD means, a weekly poker tournament with 250mbtc prizepool which you can earn more if people join tournament with buy-in

It will be display like this in your "bonuses" section. (If you don't join the tournament it will start counting the next tournament)

The prize shares is based on amount of players. (I get this photo from google. Couldn't get the prizepool of 250 GTD because of some issues on my internet)

And for example, if prizepool like this in this tournament:
1st: 75.000$ guarenteed (%50)
2nd: 35.000$ guarenteed (%30)
3rd: 15.000$ guarenteed (%10)
4th: .......
5th: ...

1st will win 75.000$ + 5.100$
2nd will win 35.000$ + 3.060$
3rd will win 35.000$ + 1.020$

And please remember that other players can join the tournament with buy-in, until the tournament close the late registration with level limits which 12. level in this tournament.

Nothing is guaranteed. By using the ticket you are entering a poker tournament, in which only first 3 places get rewarded.
Rewards are something in range of about 1st place 125 mBTC, 2nd place 75 mBTC and 3rd place 50 mBTC

You DO need to have some poker skill to win, but there isn't much people participating, mostly there are something like 10 people or so, afaik.
