I found that litecoin has block explorer on address http://explorer.litecoin.net/ but i can't find here number of confirmations like i can on block chain for example http://blockchain.info/tx/e07c7c213ae791e8b100597eb30dd635ecd98f36c190739367f125d2f023e03b .

Is there way for me to check how many confirmations transaction have so i could see the transaction progress and plan accordingly to it?

It shows if you hover over the transcation in the transactions list in the official litecoin wallet, if you used that one to spend it.

Is there another way to get this information?

The easiest way I can think of is to look at the block number the transaction first appears in (e.g. this transaction was in block 319072) and take the difference between that and the current block number.

so if i substract two block number from the newest block number i get number of confirmations?

Yes, the number of confirmations is the number of blocks that have elapsed since it was first included in a block (and including that block).
For example, if a transaction was first included in block #20 and the current block is #100, then the transaction has 81 confirmations.
