   There is no good explanation for your question, simply cause bitcoin can not be used for paying many things in real life. On other hand with bitcoin is much easier to work online, send and receive money, pay for something, or be paid for some work.
   This struggle between currencies will always be around us, bitcoin is something new and many old conservative people will not accept all this. New generations are coming, bitcoin need to survive and maybe for 20, 30 years can stand against fiat.

you can believe it or not but ever since knowing about bitcoin and crypto in total I lost my faith if had any on fiat.
crypto has something new and treats all equally.

what do you plan is compare crypto and fiat ?
if you compare savety and saving your must fiat money
but you want growth your money your must choose bitcoin crypto coin and altcoin

I have to agree cryptocurrencies need more time for people to adopt slowly over time. Fiat only advantage is everybody using it, but once this dominance ends people should preffer cryptocurrency public ledgers over secretly mantained fiat ledgers. In future there will be attempts from politics to force everybody to use the fiat again, because their debt based fiat pyramid can collapse so fast if people start ignore using fiat on a larger scale.

Public ledger is much better than secretly mantained ledger, because without public control there is so much room for misusing the power to have control over the ledger and creation of new fiat tokens in any quantity out of nothing - and you have actually work for such fiat tokens?

I think this two have their own ways of dealing for people. One is for an online money and the other for just physical trades. With the two inside society everything will be faster.

That is true both are different, that is why we can not compare that two. crypto currency is without physical appearance like fiat that we can hold and kept it in our pocket and spend any time we want.

After doing some research about cryptocurrency I have found out that a it s digital currency in which encryption techniques are used to regulate the generation of units of currency and verify the transfer of funds, operating independently of a central bank. While fiat currency is  is legal tender whose value is backed by the government that issued it. The U.S. dollar is fiat money, as are the euro and many other major world currencies. This approach differs from money whose value is underpinned by some physical good such as gold or silver, called commodity money. With the description that I have mentioned, I think  the fiat currency is more secure and more stable thatn cryptocurrency since its value is backed up by the government.

In the first interest of the people is creating cryptocurrency, is using that to assisting the fiat currency because it's not possible for using the fiat currency in the digital transaction,so does we can compare the boss and the assistant?

i still use both and benefit for them is with bitcoin i could make money with trading or else way and with fiat has very help me to buy my daily needs because bitcoin could not do that and currently even development of cryptocurrency has pretty fast but i think still not enough to defeat fiat however if they could walking together in the future with equally strong i think that will really good

There is no point to compare them.

There is nothing wrong with people comparing fiat to crypto as people love to compare.

But yes, you're right with saying that people are using crypto far more for investment purposes than as currency tool.

That however will change when the acceptance of Bitcoin throughout the world is picking up.

Till that time people will prefer to use it more as an investment tool than a currency tool as they see there is a lot money to be made with such volatility.

Well, both cryptocoins and fiat have their own benefit. I use fiat in real life and i use cryptocoins  on online like buying and selling something online.

I think we saw similar threads in the past, and I still think that its not fair to compare fiat and crypto currencies, simply cause fiat is used for centuries, bitcoins just couple years. Governments, companies, everything work on fiat, bitcoin just started to take pieces of that. Only for, who know how many years, bitcoin can come close to fiat.
Benefits, well I'm from Serbia my currency is not presented so much on internet, for me its more simply to work with bitcoins.

well i agree with you,using digital things and implement it for offline or real life is just plain crazy to be honest if it were today,so many people still lack of technology ,atleast wait until atleast half or the whole earth advanced on technology

Fiat and cryptocurrency, they may be alike but they are very different, while cryptocurrency can be used online
with little problem, fiat can also be used online with little to no problem, but cryptocurrency has a too little usage
offline while fiat can be used online and offline, online crypto currency may have a lot of advantages same goes
to fiat when offline(using on daily basis). this is the benefits of each currency offline or online.

Crypto is the best as long as there is a trust between the users who pays and who receives.

I would pay in crypto when its available as long as the seller has high reputation.

On the other hand, when i make my daily shopping, i use fiat. It is because it is faster and more common.

For now the problem with cryptocurrency is its limited range of application. You usually can't pay with bitcoin in real life stores.
And only few online shops or services started to accepting bitcoin. That number grows constantly, but we also have some services which ceased bitcoin support, for example:  Humble Bundle.
So far Bitcoin vs Fiat looks like David and Goliath battle, but we have to remember that BTC is only 7 years old.

I think now is the time for crypto, as everyone is preferring to online business and for that we need a virtual system of finance and so we will prefer bitcoin a crypto for that.
