what do you mean transaction? i havent touched my ANS since ICO issuance. i hold all of them in my wallet since then so there was only one transaction meaning ICO transfer. Do i need to make another transaction to be able to claim ANC?

You don't have to, it will build up under 'Unavailable' and once you make a transaction it will move to 'Available' and you can claim them then.

It doesn't go faster by making more transactions or anything I already tried, only if your amount of antshares increases.

The deadline for registering bounties will be next Friday, Nov. 4th Beijing Time. No Bounty distribution will take place from now till then.
Note that there is no deadline for claiming ANS, ico or bounty, from the ico page. The deadline is for bounty registration. Future distribution of ANS will take place once a week.

Online Web wallet will be available early next week, uses like other light bitcoin wallets.

I am talking about the asset(ANC) on  the AntShare platform.

This is what it says on the whitepaper:
"ANC will be written into the corresponding ANS addresses proportionally. ANS holders could claim these ANC to their ANS address anytime they wish to. For example, a shareholder who has 1% of all the ANS could acquire 8*0.01=0.08 ANC in every block of the 1st year, meaning 460.8 ANC everyday."

So how do we acquire these ANC? By tranferring ANS between addresses we own?
