How are millionaires being made....they must have been close to millionaires before because you would need to put up a ton of money to become a millionaire off a 200% or more percent rise in anything

Well, a guy putting in 100k and holding for a while will easily make a million if we go 0.01+ as expected.

Even if you have small capital, you can turn 1 BTC into 10, and have 10 BTC ready for next opportunity.
