This is weird. There are some posters at reddit mentioning that the attacker also has around 38k in the forked chain. This is the address according to them https://etherscan.io/address/0x10abb5efecdc09581f8b7cb95791fe2936790b4e

Is the attacker already moving his ETC? Is he able to? There are some that mention he cannot move them until 2 weeks from now.
