Dear BTC.com and the team! Just beg you for help! I am users of your wallet for bitcoin cache! Defended it 2FA, but my little child removed all the photos from the phone! There was a secret key, a backup and a password for 2FA! Help me, I'm in the purse itself, but I can not disable 2FA or send tokens, everywhere I need an authentication code! Please disconnect it, in support sent a photo of your document! Thanks in advance, I really hope for your help.
What photos are you talking about? If you are referring to the PDF document then you don't need it to spend your funds and If you are referring to 2FA, then It make no sense because there is no photo to delete as Google authenticator generate a new code each 30 seconds which makes any old codes invalid. |

I created the purse on iMac, and PDF and qr code with the password for google auth I photographed on the phone from the computer screen! These photos and removed my child. All that I now have is my mail, the password from the wallet! I ask for support to disable 2fa so that I can use my wallet.

You have two options while sending: low fees (I believe you used this one) and optimal and there is no possibility to change the fees other then that. I can see that your transaction got confirmed but in case you want to switch to another wallet, you could go to recovery.blocktrail.com and follow the given instructions. |

A bug or made in purpose? Each time I open my android wallet I get that message regarding the BitcoinCash wallet and that developers will make one wallet in order to switch between them etc. It become annoying after a while.

Nice service, I'll try using btc.com again, I have previously used btc.com but I think that transaction cost is higher when compared with other web wallet.

I came across another bug regarding your new feature 'My addresses' where our addresses are displayed. It displays my addresses and the one that has balance is in green but it shows 0. I could be wrong but probably the wrong variable is used so anything after the decimal point is not displayed.  I would also like to suggest adding a way to sort addresses or having them sorted automatically by balance and usage. If someone have used your wallet for a long time and received funds multiple times, it could be hard to go through all pages and finally, the usage column should probably only show incoming transactions and not outgoing too because the recommendation is to use a new address each time you want to 'receive' bitcoins so that would make more sense. |

I believe that they didn't ban anything, It's the exchanges who took the decisions by themselves to close because the government banned ICOs. Either way, from taking a look at this: https://www.linkedin.com/company/btc-com It seems like the headquarters are not in China so even If they were acquired by Bitmain at some point, they shouldn't close. |

Wow!
First time using BTC.com wallet
Setup the account, Success!
Did first wallet transfer, Success!
Tried to logout and login , FAIL !!
Tried PDF recovery , FAIL !!
what's the deal?
The only other procedure I attempted was to enable multi-device authentication, said password was incorrect.
Then I logged out, could not log back in.
