I just made a post about, it's time to hedge  Smiley

We suggest to hedge position (expecially if you are in profit yet).

Follow our sheme:

A) We suppose you have 100 BTC (bot work the same with 100.000 satoshi too   Smiley )
B) You would preserve FIAT value (so 60 k $)

What you need to do:

1) Sell 20 BTC (20% of your asset) and hold 80 BTC
2) Go short on leverage 5x using these 20 BTC
3) Take Profit on leverage position @ 500$ & Put Stop loss on Holding BTC @500 $ too
4) Stop Loss on Leverage position @660$

This is a simply Hedge position that preserve your BTC value at a cost of about 3 % (spread +  net loss)

yeah, i can give you an advice, hold your bitcoins and buy even more and hold those others until at least the price of a new all time high, bitcoin can make us rich, though it is just my opinion

I'm not sure of what will happen in upcoming days/weeks/months but I'm still holding my coins and still believing that bitcoin value will be higher as time goes on. I can't tell you to hold or sell your coins because it's really up to you, no one can assure you of what will happen, it's just a risk (you can do both though, manage your coins). It will always be your decision so that you'll not regret doing what others have told you in the end. Good luck!

there are already too many other topics about this because of the price drop and nobody can give you any advice to use an be successful. you have to learn how to manage your investment by taking risks into consideration.

also i like the suggestion above by BiTiB.eu you can sell a part of your investment and keep the rest, and with the money buy back at the bottom.

bitcoin already crashed 8-10% so I don't think it will crash more,better hold your coins then selling them at current lower price

In the last 3-4 days i bought about 0.5btc till now so for me its time to hold the btc and have some patience.yes i am in a bit loss for those which i bought 4 days ago but i am buying almost daily right now and now its time to hold for me.I am pretty sure it is gonna go up again in some time so just have patience and wait for price increase.

The price right now still fighting and looks like the price is gradually increase a little bit but i dont know if its just for traders do that they are trading with margin with other the price still fighting as my seen in the livechart..

There's too many threads out there with different amounts stated in the thread why it will go below that price like $350 this month, $450 next month, $500 in 24 hours. Just wait for some articles that will be published anytime in 24-48 hours and you'll hear different BS explaining the sudden drop but honestly what happening today is not new anymore.

Well this is a choice to hold bitcoins so that the price will be not go more to low price.. if almost all people or members can decide to hold it the price of bitcoin right now instead buying more bitcoins to fight against decreases price of bitcoin,.

If the past is any indicator this would only mean we are in for much lower prices in the future.
I recommend to sell now and buy back around $450-$500 if indicators are better by then.

First of all, what's your cost average? If you are taking a loss by selling now then don't.

If you are able to hold for a few months and don't need that money right now then HOLD. I've been in the game for a while and I realized that if you don't know what's going on then your best bet is to just hold. Unless of course something fatal happened to bitcoin. I have seen many "panics", much worse than this drop and I always ended up coming back at the top by being patient and holding on.

At this moment there is no reason to believe that bitcoin is not going to grow. It's not facing any disaster and price can go up just as easily as it can go down while things are moving forward.

Considering that you have a history of making false claims and spreading doom about bitcoin, you really shouldn't be giving advice to someone who is legitimately concerned. Not that any of us should give him financial advice, but there's a difference when someone actually tries to help vs you who is spreading misinformation on purpose. You could be right, maybe this is going to $400-$500, but knowing you it's likely that you're pulling bearish numbers out of your ass while trying to influence someone's financial decision, that's a shitty thing to do even as an internet troll.
