So a it says am looking for some help to maybe bring out a FPGA miner unit. I know theirs lots of talk going on with making them and wanted to start looking to develop my own.

I have seen a few sites to get hands on dev kits but where d you you get the chips from to put in and then configure?

I would like to get in contact with some good developers on here that know what their talking about and put a project together and setup a business. I am also looking for people to talk with and produce a working product for market.

I would look at funding the project myself and other people who are also interested in this idea too to put something together and mass produce later on.

So is their anyone out their who has the skill set to program and produce and get things working??

Stop right there. The days of people buying FPGA miners are rapidly coming to an end. ASICs are available and cranking up the network difficulty. By the time you develop a new FPGA miner, they won't be profitable. If you want to build an FPGA miner as a hobby, that's cool. But forget about making a business out of it.

I would be doing it as hobby but also to use like Avalon has done as they have used FPGA

You could try to license Avalon's or BFL's technology.

I doubt that would happen and contected BFL already with  a very structured plan and business idea for them however their response was pretty much no

Are you interested in Hard-copy devices? I presume 28nm hard-copies would be equivalent / come ahead of current stock of 110nm ASICS.

depending on cost etc and ahead then maybe, But would all come down to time, build, program and if will be worth the bother to produce something like bfl, avalon or multi stack to generate a competitive product. Would love to bring something out like what is currently out or is coming out but like many others myself is awaiting unit from avalon and have a bunch of business plansto help world wide problems to put people back into work and be better off along with charity work.

I have a group of micro electronic engineers capable of producing and assembling multilayer pc boards. Parts are available in catalog, price drops on bulk orders 1-10, 11-50, 50-100... Diagrams for FPGA is mostly open source now, like this one (think it's a bfl single) 800mhash http://www.ztex.de/usb-fpga-1/usb-fpga-1.15y.e.html or the above mentioned Icarus.

What I have noticed lately, from last autumn, is that no one would like to invest in it. GPUs still make money, and although fpga will not go away anytime soon it looks expensive to build to asics. Not sure if your business case is positive, frankly. Or you have calculated that the Avalons are going to cost more and more in BTC terms and the others will never make it to the market? In that case, FPGA could realy be the way to go, if asic doesn't become open source.
