Hey I wanna make an account soon, but I noticed this site uses affiliate.
So I wanna know the breakdown of it all.

About me.
I'm a poker grinder(pro as in this is my main income, but unknown), who may or not move a lot of my volume to betcoin. I'm also a twitch streamer, (at the moment casual) but if I see
an opportunity to grow cryptocurrency/betcoin poker (assuming I like the community/software/company) I may also decide to start putting in more streaming volume.

Now this may be a good opportunity to recruit a lot of new players.
So I wanna know, what my options are before I make an account. Obviously don't wanna get scammed, and don't wanna just sign up now without an affiliate.
So what kind of offers can you guys do for me. GO!

Well for the sake of transparency I would suggest roaming the Scam Accusations section because there are some sites/casinos to avoid with very good reason. Some of them are sneakier at scamming people than you may think. To avoid obvious scams that would be your best bet, because a lot of people have been getting screwed lately by companies manipulating rakeback and blah blah blah.

My signature is the premier rakeback site in Bitcoin Online Poker.  It is offering one of the highest rake programs in all of online poker.  No other site can offer higher rakeback.  There are currently hundreds of grinders on this rakeback program!

I suggest you avoid  referring people to betcoin.ag, especially for poker. Betcoin.ag has xiaoxiao, who has a special offer with betcoin, allowing him/her to offer 33% rake back. You just can't compete with that, since it is a much higher rate than what everyone gets paid, normally. It isn't fair competition. Also, there are a bunch of scam accusations against them. Shady site.

If I don't sign up under you, what will I be missing out on? Because the vip program already offers rakeback.

"Beginning the week of August 8th (in 17 days), additional rakeback will be reduced to 33%.  I know this may upset some of you, but this is mandatory.  If I don't make this reduction, I will be operating at a heavy loss, which obviously isn't feasible."

let me get this straight... you provide 33% rakeback, and let's say I'm gold level, I'd then receive an additional 30% from that.. so 66%... at all times?

Throw, in the 50% table starter promotion, and the casino would be giving out rakeback at 116%?  Really?
That's pretty sick overall.

Now how does your sub-affiliate program work...and finally, how much are you making off me/my rake?

If you don't sign up under me, you will be missing out on 40% rakeback right now and 33% beginning August 8th.  Yes, you'll be getting 66% at all times!  Yep, it's incredibly sick overall, and it will be permanent, meaning the 33% I offer starting August 8th cannot go any lower.

Sub-affiliate program- Get 5% of your player's net rake while they get this same deal.  It's a lot, trust me, considering how much volume they will likely put in.  A lot of sub affiliates are getting 50-300 mbtc a week just having a few grinders under them.... Check out betcoinrakeback.com for more info.

I'm making 2-7% off the player's rake.

If the sub-affiliate program makes sense, why not.
Ty for the warning though, I wanna see what he says to my response.

Any references/posts on these scam accusations?

I dont wanna be Fud'd away from this site. Like how the majority of old poker players in casinos, are Fuds when it comes to online poker in general, because they can't profit on pokerstars.

I was around during the days of Absolute, UB, and Full Tilt, and I've been victims of those sites.  So I wouldn't be risking my time in promoting a poker site if I think it's a scam.  I know the story behind those links.  It's one person that has a vendetta against Betcoin, because they were inexperienced with online poker management when they started and but made up for their errors long ago.  The guy is extremely confrontational and just flipped out when he wasn't catered to the way experienced sites would cater to players.

Web of Trust shows majority of users feel Betcoin is a good site (needs a lot of valid votes to show green).  Child safety is questionable for obvious reasons.  There's currently 200 active users, they must all be idiots.   Roll Eyes

Alright cool yea, I'm old school... I remember when FTP rakeback got axed. I'm sure this betcoin.ag rakeback won't last forever, it's a tool. I'm not dumb, but I'm sure when your castle folds, every other affiliate's will too. And a new vip/system will be implemented. So I signed up under ya already, and I got my referral link for sub-affiliates.

I'm a bit concerned tho.. my affiliate link is different then the referral link i received from your webpage. Also my commission rates says 20% across the board.
How long does it take to hook up, and am I already set up?

I've been promised that my commission will never go any lower in the future.  Betcoin is super generous so I don't see them lowering VIP either.

That affiliate link is different; the player won't be getting additional RB with that one.  But with the one from betcoinrakeback.com, it'll track your players to you when you share it and they'll get 40% extra rb when they sign up and 33% beginning August 8th which will be permenant.

Yeah, you're good to go as long as it shows you're confirmed.

Definitely no, that's not what I'm saying.  But Twitchy certainly has his own co-conspirators and alternates.  I was around when animosity grew between Twitchy and Betcoin.  I admit that Betcoin made a lot of mistakes at the start but their intention was never what Twitchy has been implying.  It was due to inexperience.

For example the BBJ thing, Twitchy keeps calling it a scam.  The truth was that staff didn't think the BBJ was active even though it was and had it been hit they would have paid it out immediately.  They were slanging 10 BTC freerolls left and right.  Why would they not pay a 5-10 BTC BBJ?  A BBJ being hit would bring just as much publicity as a freeroll would.  They wouldn't hesitate to pay the current BBJ if it's hit evidenced by the fact that staff thought this BBJ was hit:  https://www.betcoin.ag/actl0nnnn-loses-king-quads-royal-flush-bad-beat-poker-hand  but the players had to notify them that it didn't qualify.

That's if you refer someone directly to Betcoin but the player won't be getting 40% additional poker rb.

Betcoin.ag Poker Terms of Service (TOS)

Quote
BetcoinPoker.com advises You to read all of these documents carefully as each forms part of the legally binding agreement between You and BetcoinPoker.com

-> It is juridical not possible to have a legally binding agreement with a domain name! Legally binding agreements are only possible between legal entities or private persons. The “Terms of Service” does also neither state the name of the operator nor a gambling license (if any exist), nothing!

-> False and misleading statements are the criminal offense of fraud!

Fraud Act 2016

2 Fraud by false representation

(1) A person is in breach of this section if he—

(a) dishonestly makes a false representation, and

(b) intends, by making the representation—

(i) to make a gain for himself or another, or

(ii) to cause loss to another or to expose another to a risk of loss.

(2) A representation is false if—

(a) it is untrue or misleading, and

(b) the person making it knows that it is, or might be, untrue or misleading.

(3) “Representation” means any representation as to fact or law, including a representation as to the state of mind of—

(a) the person making the representation, or

(b) any other person.

(4) A representation may be express or implied.

(5) For the purposes of this section a representation may be regarded as made if it (or anything implying it) is submitted in any form to any system or device designed to receive, convey or respond to communications (with or without human intervention).

Betcoin.ag governed in Hong Kong or in Curacao or nowhere?

Quote
25. GOVERNING LAW

These Agreements shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. You irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao in The Netherlands Antilles for the settlement of any dispute or matters arising out of or concerning these Agreements or their enforceability.

Based on what shall the alleged agreements with Betcoin.ag be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong?

How could “These Agreements” be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, while online gambling is not allowed in Hong Kong? Does this make sense?

If the Betcoin.ag operation shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, why do you need to irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao in The Netherlands Antilles for the settlement of any dispute or matters arising out of or concerning these Agreements or their enforceability?

Is the company who operates Betcoin.ag incorporated in Curacao and holds a worthless Curacao eGaming license?

If this is the case, what is the name of the company? Why is the name of the operator not stated on their website?

If Betcoin.ag has a valid license, why do they not state the seal on their website?

Do you feel comfortable to send your Bitcoin to something while you do not know who the operator is?

Would it matter for you if this something would have a gambling license, or do you not care at all?
