I know the OP's history well enough to say that he probably won't pay anyone 1,000 BTC. The OP has a history of profiting from exploiting flaws in logic that is used by others.

Maybe the $0.63 is small enough to have a little fun, but I don't think he will pay anyone.

The "dead mans switch" transaction in the OP is invalid because it breaks a rule agreed to in one of the prior soft forks this year (from back in May IIRC). Details about this are in one of my prior posts in this thread.
