Well I think 24 hours have passed since the last bid.

Was having trouble getting the website to load, kept getting errors and the forum would not load.

Also I noticed the winning bid had gone down from 0.2BTC to 0.15BTC

He lowered his bid to encourage others to participate in the auction, and not for any other reason. He expected more bids to come in. He has stated that he will of course honor his original bid of 0.2BTC.

The last bid was 0.15BTC and no one else was interested and bid so you can just send the 0.15BTC instead of 0.2

I really had thought doing the 24 hours after last bid was time enough so everyone could get their bids in no matter where they lived.
