you should have a master key series.
"Master V" series would be a freshly minted key that could be spent on all forks. So if there is another fork of Bitcoin in the future in a month, a year, 5 years; you would know your master v series coin contained a key to every chain.

It's a great way to get exposure to Bitcoin while being apolitical
Just a thought

Nearly everthing in the store is sold out! Great job Bobby!

Looking forward to new products, would appreciate if you could email me in advance again, so I can grab a bulk order again Smiley

Regards

Here we go, our newest product reveal for 2017:
Pure Silver coins, both in One Bitcoin (1 troy oz, 39 mm wide) and the larger and much nicer Two Bitcoin (2 try oz, 50 mm wide).

some caveats:
- only selling to China market
- you can pick up from our headquarters in Shanghai (up until Oct 31, 2017)
- pure .999 silver
- selling for BTC price, but the coins contain both BTC and BCC/BCH (as they were mined before Aug 1, 2017)
- again, all newly mined from BTCC Pool, so there are no prior transactions for these bitcoins; all from coinbase
- only made a very limited number... 100 of One Bitcoin, and 50 of Two Bitcoin
- most likely, we won't make any more in 2017.

We're running a 1-week auction for the 25 lowest serial numbers of each.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2187986.0

Good luck & Happy bidding!

thanks,
Bobby

Will these come become available for international shipping on the btc mint website any time soon? Since it's hard for non-Chinese people to participate in the auction

Unfortunately, nope.

As many of you may know, our business in China is facing regulatory uncertainty.  So we will sell out this batch, and only ship within mainland China, and that's it for now.  Or you can arrange to come pick it up in person in Shanghai, up until October 31, 2017.

Almost certainly, we won't be making more of these in 2017.  It's not a full promise, but that's likely to be the case.
So very limited in quantity... just 100 x One Bitcoin, and 50 x Two Bitcoin.

The Two Bitcoin, in large 50 mm size, with 2 troy ounce of Silver, is very, VERY NICE....

thanks,
Bobby

Bobby,

Any chance that BTCC Mint will consider creating a separate manufacturing facility for coins in Europe/U.S./etc.?

All the benefits of BTCC Mint coins, but far less hassle when it comes to shipping. You guys could even partner with Denarium or another company in the space. They are able to ship Gold and Silver coins international without any issues.

Thanks,

TTMS

Bobby,

What's with the October 31 deadline?  Is this some kind of regulatory deadline with respect to PBOC?

As much as I would love the idea of this, one of the biggest reasons why I love casascius and btcc mint is, because I can fully trust bobby and mike. If this process is outsourced, I would never hold any significant amount of coins in those collectibles.

Good point! BTCC could still create manufacturing facilities themselves outside China - no outsourcing required.

Bobby,

What's with the October 31 deadline?  Is this some kind of regulatory deadline with respect to PBOC?

Not related to the PBOC.

Just that for pick-ups, we need to set a hard deadline.  We don't want an unlimited window of time, where people walk over a year later, and ask for pickup for an order placed this month.

October 31 would give you one full month to arrange to pick it up in person.

thanks,
Bobby

Hey everyone!
(and especially to fans of BTCC Mint products!)

It's time again to ask:
What are you all looking for from BTCC Mint this year?

Just a quick note:
Silver is out as an option, as the shipping logistics are too complicated, due to international border and customs regulations in various countries.

Give us some ideas of what you want or what you recommend!

Some potential questions you can give feedback on:
1) Do you prefer BTC or BCH?
2) Do you insist on "newly mined" coins?  Or how about using "regular / circulating" bitcoins?
3) Denomination?  coins of 1.0 BTC and above? or lower-denomination chips?

thanks,
Bobby

Some stackable titanium bars but with lower denominations (0.1 BTC each).
No BCH nonsense. Keep it to BTC Smiley
