We now have a Bitcoin Paid to Post program at TweetForum. We would have came out with this alot sooner, but unfortunatley our forum was hacked by some unknown individual(s), and that knocked us off for atleast a good 4 days. We spent most of that time recovering the database, and filling up some security flaws that were internal in our forum platform (SMF). We are now in the process of building TweetForum 2.0 which will be a fully custom built platform, that will truely define the vision I had when I started TweetForum. But for now here it is, TWEET FORUM: BITCOIN PAID TO POST PROGRAM We are currently paying 0.00000100 BTC for every post you make. Here are the details for our Paid to Post Bitcoin program, which allows good posters to earn Bitcoins simply by posting on Tweet Forum! 1. All new members are automatically signed up for this program, however to obtain the rewards all participants of this program must abide by the rules and regulations put forth by the forum Administrators. 2. All participants of this program must do the following to get paid, A. Keep new topics limited to 10 threads per day. If you are caught making more than 10 new threads per day, and/or duplicating older threads, you will be disqualified from the program.
B. Posts must be at least 3-5 sentences long (1 paragraph). This is to prevent spam and one liners!
C. Copy and pasted articles/videos should always include a 1 paragraph opinion D. Must be in good forum standing. If you are known for trolling or simply causing problems, you will automatically be disqualified from the program and possibly even banned...3. Payouts can be claimed as soon as a poster has earned 0.0.00000100 BTC, and must be claimed to me. I will review your account and make sure you have been posting to these standards and you will get paid immediately. Follow these rules, and you will get paid! It’s that simple… This is a beautiful opportunity to not only grow the Tweet Forum community, but also to expand the Bitcoin economy beyond the traditional stigmas that are associated with it. This is also a perfect opportunity to give new users the option to earn some real Bitcoins, and get to seriously know the Bitcoin platform without having to invest a dime. Another note about this program is that you can post ANYWHERE in Tweet Forum and still get paid. You are not limited to posting only in the Bitcoin section, and as you folks can see it shouldn’t be too hard to find something to talk about on Tweet Forum . I hope to see all of you taking this great opportunity seriously! -FlipPro Note: The rules & regulations of this program can change at any time. So can the exchange rate, so please stay tuned to this post, and if there are any needed changes to the program we will make those available for you. http://tweetforum.com/bitcoin/bitcoin-paid-to-post-program

99% of all forums I have participated in would at least suspend if not insta-ban you for advertising ANOTHER forum. This is regardless of the merits of your venture - you are attempting to siphon traffic away from this site, and don't expect people to be annoyed?

So feeding bitcoin news/awareness to over 50,000+ followers on twitter is spam? What are your acomplishments sir? What are YOU doing to help the community other than trolling other peoples threads.

Agreed. You led with a URL. Also, the one thing you cannot provide users of your forum: content and users Hence the reason you had to spam here to create an avenue for people to find you and maybe talk over there instead of here. Guess what that does? It fractures the community. I'm confident the owners/moderators of this forum are taking steps not only to control the trolls and off topic/useless posts. But they are also looking to upgrade the infrastructure to provide many, if not all, of the same features you're offering, and of course, they can also provide: content and users Thats true, bitcoins may not need me to be successful. It really may not need anyone. But dude seriously have you gone to the site? I didn't think leading with a url would turn people off so much.. I need you to see how much I charge for a header spot http://tweetforum.com/adpro/?sa=buyadspace , and then get back to me. I seriously thought I was helping out.

Consumers do. That is the biggest problem with this community. You guys are so reluctant to make anything user friendly. People, who make sites user friendly are the ones who end up with all the money. Look at flippa, facebook, twitter, linkedin, and paypal. All sites that really made a big deal about user friendliness, and ease, and now they are on top. EDIT: I am mainly talking about the wallet system in this post. Everything else about the bitcoins seems simple enough.

1. Instant BAN on all known scammers/spammers/beggers/ and trolls. 2. Instant BAN on anyone trying to sell illegal weapons, drugs, or child pornography, this includes the advertising of such anonymous marketplaces that make these transactions even possible. 3. A fully moderated forum, guaranteeing a fair & honest discussion. 4. A highly advanced web 2.0 structure, that allows you to connect with all the social media avenues on every single post, including your twitter, facebook, and myspace. (tweetforum.. get it yet? ) 5. Posting guidelines that will ensure that every new post that is made, is a quality one. 6. Minimal advertisements.
I LOLd. #3 through #6 are silly. Good luck man.

My forum IS THAT. You don't understand tweet forum, and you will look like a fool at the end of this. Your the one that should delete your posts.... You hater.
I'm sure you meant, "you're". That's short for "you are". "Your" is possessive of me. So, you're the one that should delete your posts. I'm not a hater, I just don't like spammers. And people that advertise their "Tweetforum" that has advertising on the front page. I'm sure you're sharing that advertising revenue (should there ever be any) with the community, right? No? Heavens. Could that be why you started it? I'll just stay here, where there aren't any ads, except from the Trolls. Well I actually do have a revenue sharing plan for the tweetforum community, I am working on a auto revenue share system this month. But even if I didn't pay, I am offering a service to everyone on twitter. Alot of these people who sign up with me get their updates on their phones, most of them don't even know TF is an actual forum, cause they are ussually going straight to the threads. I can't tell you the time it has taken me to get everything to work the way it has, and to get this many followers to just give me a shot, and listen to what I have to say.... Thx for the correction btw, I knew that but I didn't think I needed 12th grade grammer on a quick web forum replys.

It doesn't matter what else you do. If somebody is on trial for a crime, he cannot defend with: "But I always gave my mother a birthday present." Off topic.

I've never heard the term 'web 2.0' uttered by *anybody* who didn't work in marketing. It's meaningless.
For something to succeed it has to either do something new that people want (like bitcoin) or do something better than the existing methods (like twitter). User friendliness doesn't have a lot to do with it, really.. people will cope with a lot of crap when the alternative is worse. That *will* come to bitcoin, btw. Someone will write a friendly client.. there's no company here to direct it and absolutely no contradiction with this forum concentrating on the technical details whilst someone currently unknown goes off and makes the killer UI.

Consumers do. That is the biggest problem with this community. You guys are so reluctant to make anything user friendly. 1. Consumers don't. Stupid marketing folks do. 2. It's not bitcoins fault that it got media attention long before it could reach a release-worthy stage of development.

Even if it the best forum ever, it remains spam.
Then thanks for contributing to my "spam". Haters don't realize that the more they hate the better it is for the person being hated on. You’re an intelligent person, and you know it's not spam, and that tweetforum is actually a really smart idea/ with a kick ass design, and it WILL help awareness of bitcoins... But you don't want to lose and admit you prejudged me and my site, and so you turn a reluctant blind eye. Here’s something I came up with, that may be helpful to you. It's the three stages of bigotry 1:Attack your victim. 2:Get shut down by your victim 3:Go into remission and dispute all truth. STOP AT STEP 1..

I never said that your forum isn't good. I never said that you shall stop starting another bitcoin forum. I just said that advertising a forum here is spam. And I said it because I have read several similar threads now here. And with that I don't want to say that your forum is as bad as any other forum.
