People please stop replying to this thread. Can't you see it's just spam, I doubt he's even being hacked. Look at the thread title. First half is a sensational claim all in capital letters, the second half is basically an advertisement.
Ask yourself if you owned an allegedly successful site that was being hacked right this moment, would you try to lock down the server or would you make long posts about how good your forum is?

I think it was good move to let everyone know that his db had been compromised, since that's been happening quite frequently in the Bitcoin community. You can obviously tell his site is down, now. Why would he take his site down if it was still safe and functional? |

LOL - only had to read three posts before I crossed this site off my list. Please make sure you are checking all the dates in this thread properly. They were made over a month ago. I am sorry but the guy is wrong for making that inflammatory post towards a site that isn’t even remotely close to a "spam". Maybe I should have made a new topic to introduce this program, but then again I have nothing to hide from this community. Hope you do stop by and try it out for yourself, you will see that I am not as bad as some people may think. And I think you will be pleasantly surprised by the quality of TF! Thank You |

I like how everyone throws names around but haven't got a reason to back it up... all I hear is spam, spam, spam. Where is this spam? I thought the website was pretty insightful with news(even bitcoin news!!). You are all using the oldest fallacy in the book call and Ad hominem were you attempt to link the truth of a claim to a negative characteristic or belief of the person advocating it. Where is the opionions or facts people? No links? seriously people get a life and make a great idea like this we need more bitcoin money makers then mining rigs. I think people need to stop treating new ideas with such hostility. There are enough douchebags being hostile towards bitcoin already without us adding to the perception.
As someone who has to wade through the crap that is google news to post relevent bitcoin stories each day on twitter I appreciate someone attempting to curate the flow for us. The more places that spread the news the better imo. When I started bitcoinmedia on twitter there was basically no one posting bitcoin news and the sources of it were limited.
My suggestion - ignore the haters and concentrate on sending out a positive vibe to counteract the bad karma out there.
