How to know site is probably fair?

I am asking this question because every site claims to be probably fair.but how exactly to know sites is fair?

I don't really know the technicalities but one thin I know is if a site is provably fair, there is this thing they called hash that reshuffles with each bet to create the idea of provability.

I think this answer can be given by if any user has used that site and faced any problem, or else you itself have to check online in google search where you can find about the site details and if anyone has any complaint about it. Apart from this only if you get registered and use it and if you are facing problem only then it can be find out. Because without having experience with the site no one can tell about the site details.

its a little bit to answer, maybe you should play first in a little amount to get know if that sites is fair or not. but i have advice to you, check the public register for licensed gambling websites before you gamble and then play with little amount.

If a site is advertising as being provable fair then they will have a spot most often in the FAQ section explaining how their particular system works, there is a couple of different ways they can do it.
Most sites will also provide you with a way to verify all games played have been fair, this is normally easy to find.

One thing to note: It's PROVABLY fair, not proBably fair.

This means that the site can PROVE that it did not change the outcome of your bet after you placed it. Short description of how provably fair works:

The site picks a server seed and keeps it secret, BUT gives you a hash of it.
You pick a client seed.
You place your bet
The server uses your client seed (that you chose) in combination with the server seed and uses a predefined algorithm to pick a random number.
The site gives you back your random number and the server seed that they used.

Now, you can check that the hash they gave you before placing the bet matches the hash of the server seed (hashing something always gives the same value, but a hash cannot be reversed)
And you can use the same predetermined algorithm with the same client and server seed and it will give you that same number.

If either of these don't match, you have PROOF that the site cheated you, or if everything matches, you have PROOF that the site did NOT cheat you.

Answers are depends in all users who experienced that particular site, that they play, like dice game if they think there game is fair because he is always won, but its only for him because others are opposites so its little bit confusing but always majority wins I mean if many users play and experienced that site is fair well that site is totally fair. It's probably very true. because I also get a very dice gambling sites to cheat the players if they confess, oddly enough the system they use is provably fair. It is less fun when we do not have a good enough knowledge in finding a good gambling

Reviews are subjective. Very very subjective in the case of casinos.

Some users win a bit and know when to stop, and leave a GLOWING review of this amazing site where they made hundreds of dollars.
Other users win a bit and don't know when to stop, and lose. Or just have bad luck right off the bat and lose, and leave a massively bad review about the exact same site as the guy above.

Did the site cheat? was it unfair? did did cheat one player but not the other? No. Some were lucky and others not. A big problem is that people are more vocal when they lose than when they win. You'll see this especially when someone accidentally loses a big bet. Like when someone accidentally clicks on max bet while hunting x9900 (0.01% chance to win) and they lose, they're furious and many times blame it on the site and ask for a refund, but if they won that bet, they'd just say "Look how lucky I was! I won all this money!" no-one would ever say, "oh, I accidentally won this much, I only meant to bet 1% of what I actually bet, here, take back the extra bit I won since that isn't what I meant to do."

999dice doesn't cheat players, and if you feel they do, you have a way of proving it. I've made thousands of test bets at 999dice to address the claims of cheating and tried to prove that they do cheat. In fact, all I proved was that they didn't. Not one of my rolls at 999dice didn't verify, lost when it was supposed to win, was different to what I submitted or anything suspicious at all. 999dice's bad rep comes from some ambiguity in their provably fair documentation which has since been addressed and I haven't been able to find anything wrong with them.

That feeling of them cheating you is a placebo effect. You can make the exact same bets and get the exact same results at 999dice and, for example, primedice.
 You've read reviews that say that 999dice cheat (no-ones proved as much though), so as soon as you lose a bit there, you remember the reviews and go, oh, they were right, the sites cheating.

1) Your whole provably fair page is nonsense.

1) The actual certification just says they evaluated the outcomes for statistical randomizes. That does not imply they can detect or certify that you're not cheating (as you claim). In fact, the certificate is more for the casino than the player. It (tries to) reassure the casino their outcomes are not-predictable, which means players couldn't take advantage of it. It gives zero assurances to players.

2) Who ever issued that certificate (itechlabs) are actually retarded, even for a retard standards. Their recommended algorithms are pretty much the worst algorithms you could possible use for a casino. I would assume someone who did CS101 would know better. If someone actually followed their advice, anyone who knows how you call the random number generator could pretty with a bit of elbow grease could reconstruct the state vector and predict future outcomes.

In fact, generating random numbers is really easy. Read from /dev/urandom and you're done. Or use a crypto rand from your favorite programming language, simple as that. Meanwhile they recommend the exact thing you should be avoiding..

3) Your site is not provably fair, you're asking us to trust you and/or the retarded company that issued a meaningless certificate.
