So I accidentally paid someone with what I think is a payment with 0 fees at all and it's stuck on this:

The payment was around 0.15 and I'm fairly sure I managed to not pay any fees, so yeah, how long is it gonna take to confirm?

Edit: Forgot to say this was 2-3 hours ago, though it's jumped up too https://i.imgur.com/7OIfQtN.png now so maybe this thread was useless :c

It depends...

Miners can/do prioritize transactions that have fees since that means more money for them if it is included in the block. Each block has a size limit (I don't remember what it is,1mb?) so if the number of transactions > block size limit, feeless transactions are the first to be left out of the block.

Just going off anecdotal experience, I would expect your free transaction to process in a few hours. It just depends on how busy the network is, and then after your transaction has been included, how quickly new blocks are found to confirm.
