How does this project address/circumvent insurance regulations in your area of the world/nation? Especially the reserves that typically need to be held?

A very good question. Generally speaking the blockchain space is not regulated yet. We have explored Solvency II Directive, the main regulative document. In short it requires around 20% capital of the amount of risks insured. However, if the risks are transferred to investors it does not affect capital requirements at all. |
