i agree with the point that the number of scammers are increasing day by day. so i am listing some points below which you should follow while trading with any person.

 1. check the person's trade history whenever you are dealing.
2. always use escrow. ask the person to use escrow and if he gives any silly reason and denies the use of escrow then you should immediately cancel the deal.
3. check the behaviour of the person. if he acts like he is in rush and wants to finish the deal very fast then mostly he is in the intention to scam you. so dont do rush deals.

1. Check his trust rating. You can see if he has previous shady stuffs going on.
2. Use an escrow. If he refuses to do use one, do not send first.
3. After receiving what you are buying/trading, check it as much as you can. Don't be in a hurry.
4. Stay away from kids that are selling stuffs and they are like in such a hurry. The thing that they are selling usually have a hidden defect or something.
5. If you have common sense, you'll easily detect lazy scam attempts. If the trader has created a thread, just wait for people to comment if it's a lazy scam attempt if you're not so sure about it.

That's basically it. If you don't send your money first, you will not get scammed. Another thing though, there are some stuffs that might look "fine and working" at first, but eventually becomes deactivated or can't be used anymore. Example of this are accounts online like Spotify. They say it has a lifetime subscription but if you check it on the website, it actually expires days/weeks after you bought it.

In most cases,victims greed makes him fall for scammers mischief.Scammers usually make their offer very lucrative for victims to resist.They offer high return in less time with less investment for example.

 I don't know about you here, I don't give my money if I don't check someone or something. Before I get to checking first I need to like suggestion, and only if I like it I try to inform myself more. If I don't like how it sounds I don't bother to check more.

 Never believe in big promises, small and safe steps are much better. Profit is low, but at least there is some profit.

This is a problem that'll continue to grow and will never, ever go away.

The most dependable one is that if it's too good to be true then it certainly isn't true. I'm constantly flabbergasted by the people who run towards the most agonisingly obvious scams even when people are shouting at them about its obviousness. That goes for cloud mining, 'investments', and pretty much every single other thing on this forum.

There's a never ending supply of fresh meat on here that refuses to take on board the hard lessons that everyone else has.

Don't trust anything that involves you giving up your private keys. If you do have to do it make sure whoever is asking is bulletproof and accountable so that means Gemini, not Cryptsy. The sheer amount of people asking for your money on here via websites that are one day old beggars belief.

As for who to trust on here, I'm not really sure whether that's possible. There've been cases of long standing escrows going rogue. You just have to take the best chance you can and hope for the best.

But the main things and important for remembering, the scammer is always offering a big offer can make their victims is feeling excited about it. and it's the main things for you to prevent from the scammers be careful about any offering from the another people, site or another like that because the chance they will become a scammer is always there.

The best way to avoid scammers is to always use an escrow and check previous feedback of the person. The onlything that i can suggest to you dont trust any one and always use escrow for dealing.. honestly i am doing this before because anyone here i dont trust any one here i always use escrow.. now i am looking for an acocunt if its legit or not and i am dealing only for high rank account for newbie i dont have time to talk to them. unless if the can send first.

1) Firstly Check the Trust Feedback Given By Other Users to the Person you are Trading....
2) "Prevention is Better Than Cure". So Always Use an Escrow Before You are Sending Money Or any Other Precious Things....

The simple and effective way of getting rid of scammer is going with escrow providers. But, there are some practical inconvenience like excess transaction fees / time delay in transition in this, particularly when we are dealing with non-digital items.

You must choose a very trusted escrow for your transaction, other wise you might end up with a new scammer as we have seen the incidents of escrows turned scammers.

Check his transaction history first. But for me having a green in a profile doesnt mean they are trusted. Remember there is an escrow who has good number of trust in his profile but to find out he's an scammer. So there is still a risk in using escrow. Anyway i dont do transaction.

You can figure out if its a potential scammer if:
1.It is offering a high return in a short period of time like the High Yield Investment Programs. Having a return of 10% a day is just too good to be true even 5% or 3% per day.
2.They are not being transparent or don't disclose how they can come up or earn the amount they are paying you or the interest they are paying you each day.
3.They have no physical address or there is a physical address stated but it does not exist.
4.There are already complaints to the person or company you are dealing with before so you should check first if its reputable.
5.If a person wants to get money from you and rushing you then maybe there's a hidden agenda why he's in a rush.

Sometimes you can figure out scammer from his Webpage - standart template, Web page can be free of charge, without any contact address. Sometimes scammer Webpages also have outdated information.

Just remember that as of these days, there's no such thing as easy money especially if it's high amount. People nowadays are very attractive on those offer that can earn high profit, actually sometimes earning without doing anything but just deposit money. That's a big no no and obviously a scam. Why are they giving you money without doing any service or the like in the first place, right? Be observant always and consider all the information about a site or people, before making any move.

I spot spammers through their offer and the pitch they use. I have seen, spammers pretend to be too much user friendly and at first they provide little bit (fake) information about them and their (fake) company then they slowly push you to spend for some offer (which they pretend like suggested by someone else having good member reputation). The basic thing I notice that spammers stick with conversation with you if you are showing even 1% interest initially. I like to have chat with spammers, here is why..

Scammers mostly promise you big returns for your investments because they know everyone likes to earn quick money so they just use that trick, and the ones who are new and does not know anything about this fall for it and they invest for getting big returns and they find nothing coming to them later on.
