Sometimes, scammers uses very promising words. Too good to be true. For example of this are bitcoin doubler sites. They will double your bitcoin in just hours or days. Dont trust them coz they will run away with your bitcoins. If they are true and legit, there will be many millionaires right now. Make a research of the site you are going to transact with. Dont trust any red marked account here. Trust only high reputation accounts and high rank here just to be sure you wont get scammed here.

Every word go out from the mouth of scammers is always promising, but it's lead to a scam. Sometimes I have found the blatant scammer in this site, although he got a neg trust and they're always promoting their site with promising words. the scammer is head harsh.

If they dont use such words and those fake promises then they wont be able to attract users towards them, that is the reason why they do this and they get success many times because the ones who are new to bitcoin gets trapped in such things because of lack of knowledge about these things.

You can you suggest how can I prevent from scammers..
That is quite easy. Use your common sense and your brain while dealing with people.

Ingredients:
1. Common sense
2. Brain.exe
3. You may also want to do some research about the people/so-called company you are going to deal with.

With these three ingredients, I don't think you will fall to scammers easily.

Life sucks.

No how generally. But oftenly you can get that someone is trying to scam you with asking some private details like passwords. But the most of scammers that I met is were those people who hacked profile of my friend on Facebook and was writing kinda from her or his name, and dialogue was going fast to asking some money from me, like something happen. And I got that it is just scam cause this money asking were from those people from my friends list to whom in daily life I say just "hello".

People now a days who are so desperate of earning money. So some other are taking advantage to them.
Even me was victim of scammers.

You can you suggest how can I prevent from scammers.. Huh Huh Huh Huh
Thanks..

No, actually they don't scam people because of desperation, most of them are professionals in these illicit activities and are able to gather huge money through these frauds, and that is why all of us need to be very cautious at the moment of accept these suspicious offers.

If anyone ask for username and password that means business is not clear, nobody ever ask for password. But that is not the only way to recognize potential scammer, before you do something try to ask someone else about existing service.
Never invest money in something that promise incredible things, anything that seems to good take with suspicion, be careful with new and not tested sites. Scammers are smart people, they always invent new ways to trick people to give them money, there is no good advice how to spot them, only sure thing is to watch what are you doing, and doubt in everything. Don't give trust so easily and before you test someone or something.

Easy for ico coins, only invest ico coins with:
1. escrow
2. reliable background dev team
3. all info of devs must be shown
4. accept our interviews, hangouts, answer our questions fluently.
5. BTC core dev involved, big company CXO involved
6. don't buy in hype, especially overvalued/overcrowd ico.

I use my own way before, and now with 100% accuracy, my investments are good. Never fell into a scam.

I heard this saying somewhere, "When something looks too good to be true, it probably is." It makes a lot of sense to me and I tend to stick to that rule when making decisions.

Thats right, from this thread you will just know if how you can stay away from scammers and what kind of words a scammer can use, but here you are not getting any information about the sites that can be scam, so for that you will have to visit some sites that give information or tell about the sites which are suspicious, you can find many websites like this on google.

I vote for the forth option because it is like this the majority of the scams are pulled out. We all know how many scams of cloud mining section fell down not that long time ago and they had one thing in common. They didn't show their data of mining and they all put fake addresses to their websites and fake phone numbers or even secretary machines which kept you hanging in there. Another thing that can spoil a scam is if its too good to be true then probably it is. This 2 are the most focal points in pointing out a scam.

Common sense, or gut feeling. When I have any inkling of distrust from a buyer, I just nope out of the trade. Normally I have several precautions such as delay released, torn receipt, etc to discourage scammers but they always try to one-up me (which happens a lot). You always have to stay one step ahead of them, and also join a group of trusted sellers that would share tips with you and potential scammers as well.

Your points are exactly correct about the cloud mining websites that turned scam later on but there are or there were or maybe there will be some scam hyips or ponzi sites that really pay at first just to win the trust of people investing so that they invest even more next time, and when the investors invest more they just scam them and run away, it happened a lot.

You would think the runners only occur on ponzi, showing off they do stuff right and then take it down. In reality I think any legit company can do this, especially with a big order or when they are close to bankrupt.

Not all scammers are nervous nor every scam site collapse early, they keep calm and stay there for a long time to win the trust of people so that they can accumulate a bigger amount later on when the trusted users will invest more in their program, just how HashOcean did.

I spot spammers through their offer and the pitch they use. I have seen, spammers pretend to be too much user friendly and at first they provide little bit (fake) information about them and their (fake) company then they slowly push you to spend for some offer (which they pretend like suggested by someone else having good member reputation). The basic thing I notice that spammers stick with conversation with you if you are showing even 1% interest initially. I like to have chat with spammers, here is why..
Spammers and Scammers, they're different.Anyhow, the topic mentioned here isn't about the IRA scam phone calls you get on daily basis if you don't have your spam filter on.Simple measures like not giving your SSN or credit card numbers over the phone can help you beat that, only if you had brains.

An old video....
