You can surely do this if you can ROI with bitcoin with the kind of mining you will bought and if the expense in your electric bill won't do much in the bitcoin you can get because if the accumulate bitcoin would just go to your electricity bill then Stop mining and do another thing that invest on bitcoin because mining in other countries are a big NO to them because of the high expense that goes to their electricity and maintenance bill!

Everything that involves bitcoin or everything bitcoin is involved in has risk. The best way to make profit from 3 BTC will differ from person to person and from degree of risk. For me i prefer sports betting ,with 3 btc i could easily pay back 4 BTC and also make good profit . However its all because i have developed  skills and knowledge on how to win in sports betting because of various markets to choose from. It wont be easy for you though

Your friend wanted to give you 3 BTC and he wants you to pay him back 4 BTC in just 2 months? then you shouldn't have used the term "give" and replace it with the word "lend". I think you can't have 4 BTC in just 4 months but it still depends on how you will earn that amount in just 2 months. You can do trading and invest in to something good that you know that the money that you would invest would come back to you with a bigger profit.

Do not give loans through the forum, there is nothing bad about that, but with that much of a loan base, use a site like btcpop or polo.  Further divide that loan amount the same way that you did for investing, loan some to people with high reps and some to those that have higher pay back rates, but less rep.

I think its hard but not impossible to make 4 btc from 3 btc which will be like 1 btc (30%) profit out of 3 btc investment. There are several 10%+ pump in altcoin market and if we can predict three such pumps we can actually earn this in even less than 1 month period.
