I can't find any anywhere (mostly because google only shows ETH solutions rather than ETC)

Is this a thing (yet), something like blockcypher for ETH/BTC...but for ETC

As of yet, there is none. I am waiting for one as well. Guess what... we might see one from Blockcypher pretty soon...

In the mean time, I dunno if ShapeShift allows same coin to be used in both side in their API. If yes, then ShapeShift can be used for ETC.
