I am beginner in BTC world man and it is hard to earn that.
But if sameone will to help me, I dont want donat me than load me.
Time for payback if you say that's a long time I can not do anything, I can payback for 7 days first rate and second for 7 days (0.0015*2=0.003BTC).
This is the worst case scenario, I maybe can payback for 10 days, but in the worst case I can payback for 15 days in two rate.

Well, my knowledge for HYIP's are limited but i will insist that this looks (if its not) a ponzi/ HYIP or whatever they call them. Its almost the same for me!
Also, i still believe that noone here will accept this as collateral but maybe i am wrong. We will see, good luck btw.

You're collateral is just useless you know. What if that site doesn't even pay? Then your collateral worth nothing. If you want to get a loan you can provide your bitcointalk account as collateral.
