So I want to try something that I have not yet heard of anyone doing.  I am looking to rent out my Fontana, CA home for bitcoins.  USD is $1500 monthly but the actually payment is to be in BTC exclusively (right now 3/24/2013 thats just under BTC22) if possible or a combination of the two currencies.  Any thoughts, ideas, prospects?  Email or Call!

start renting this out for  5 bitcoin a month and watch the price in bitcoin explode as the market adapts to bitcoin

instead of the other way around

I agree. Give them a 6/12 month contract with a large discount for paying up front.
