Anyone know what they need to verify their account. Some people they only need vcc, some people need both of them. I always tell them when they asking me for verify Paypal, okay, I don't need u teaching me what I knew for my business. If my card not working or they can't verify and they tell to me, they alwways can get back their money. I wrote "-Expiration: 2-3 years" very clear !!!!
