You can not verify USA paypal accounts via VCC, you need vba to fully verify it. I not try to block any sales, I just try to prevent that anyone believe it, and will buy the VCC to verify USA paypal and this is not fair from your side, you shall be clear and tell anyone that vcc is not enough! |

Anyone know what they need to verify their account. Some people they only need vcc, some people need both of them. I always tell them when they asking me for verify Paypal, okay, I don't need u teaching me what I knew for my business. If my card not working or they can't verify and they tell to me, they alwways can get back their money. I wrote "-Expiration: 2-3 years" very clear !!!! Now get out the side to play.
