Small image design job [0.02 BTC Bounty] - EDIT - NO LONGER ACCEPTING

I need to restore my old Casio watches by repairing their keypads. In order to do that, I need an image that I can print on a self-adhesive sticker.

The OP got someone to create a printable actual-size image for the keypad.

I need the same but for two different watches

1. CFX-40: keypad image http://home.earthlink.net/~kdstaller/images/face.jpg
2. DBC-610: keypad sample image http://www.watcharama.com/Images/casiodatacal.jpg

Essentially, I need something like this:

I will pay 0.01 BTC per logo.

1. Please post here before starting work.
2. Maximum one image for each design will be selected
3. Logo must be printable with exact size on an inkjet printer.
4. I will decide which image to choose and if I eventually choose any.
5. No escrow provided

7. Please wait for a reply from me in PM or this thread before starting, else you might not get paid.
8. Although, I will accept only 2 images as final, I will reward others who made an effort and sent me images. This is capped to 0.001 BTC (max 10 people)
9. Bounty may be closed and paid out earlier than 31st Aug if I decide that I've got what I wanted.
