If he want to give 1000BTC to everyone, he won't lost time for 0.001 register. Who will refund 0.001 when he want to receive 1000? You will deny if one guys create 100 account and send 0.001 to your address. All only scam.

Does 'all input addresses' include txids with amounts that is not equal to 0.001?

Shouldn't the winner be (reminder + 1)th address?

I do not believe 727 individual persons send 0.001 to that address. Can you disclose the number of addresses belonging to you? Do you or do you not charge a fee?

There is a high risk that you will not pay up if your address did not win. Or you would consider an escrow.

Quote
1. Address list published in public (with fixed order) and this records should be unchangeable.
2. Random generator which really random and everyone trust.

To solve this lets use Bitcoin blockchain. It is public, unchangeable, have random generator elements(tx hash, block hash) and every one trust.

All  input addresses from incoming transactions to target address will be parsed and sorted by: tx block height, input index, timestamp. (published address list with fixed order)

Then we will get block hash (selected 424600 about week like bfxhacker want)
represent this hash like big number ( hash bytes little endian to integer value)
and get reminder after division on count of address

This will be winner index.

I haven't participated in this giveaways because I want to see how it goes, but the suggestion of ndhc is quite good.

Thank you Cheesy I didn't either.

I think that is not 727 individual persons. Most likely some persons sent 0.001  several times from diffirent addresses.

No any address belong to me! I  didn't send any btc.

Are you think that most addresses belong to me? In fact, it does not matter what someone could buy a few tickets and have more chances. Buy more tickets, have more chances but you risk also is more then 60 cents!

This honest lottery, payout will be done any way. I'm not going to deceive people, I want to create a lottery which will be transparent to everyone. And at the moment I have not seen a lottery of this type, which worked use bitcoin block hashes.

177 blocks left   0.83071165 BTC prize

Time will dispel all your doubts ndnh!

Recent list done, but still waiting 424 600 block

Total participants: 1207 ( who sent >= 0.001 btc)

I see that alot of transaction with few addresses inside 1 tx

We will not change any rules for first round.  Next round  1 transaction  = 1 address.
