Want to buy bitcoin with skrill/neteller (new here)

hi all i am looking for someone/s to direct me how to make a transaction on here i currently have money in my skrill or neteller or i can join another of your preference if able to use and upload money easily.
i am looking to buy around $100 worth of bitcoin
you would need to be a higher member that i can somehow check (you would need to teach me how to check lol)
im wanting to do it in smaller increments say $10 or so with a few people if possible
im willing to send money over first thats no issue.
happy to pay the little extra if you are friendly and able to walk a newbie through the process.

ummm i think i covered it so whos free i currently have neteller/skrill and a green wallet account is there anything else i need to start?
