Cloudbet.com started scamming and delaying cashing outs.

As I said guys be aware of this site.This is third day Im waiting my 800$ to be sent to my btc wallet.

Its all good while we are losing but when we win there is problem to get our money.
As I heard cloudbet has been sold to some scammers

I always thought they were in the Netherlands.

When ever you contact their customer service using their support ticket system....
you get a fake name showing up when you contact them like ......
Paul Mccartney or Alex Rodriguez to try and look forgien not like from where they are really from.
Do you trust in a company that would do that?

I think you must connect the support of cloudbet via their email or another support and tell to them about your problem, usually it will need time until you get answers from support. So keep be patient.

cloudbet said that they will bring back again the instant withdrawal a month ago. but now they just stick to the delay of withdrawal and for security reason. the deposit is instant that's why the withdrawal must be instant too. i hope the withdrawal will be process instantly since its not a malicious withdraw. i can understand your security in withdrawal for big amount but make it instant for small amount.. i want the old cloudbet site. im suspecting now that the owner of cloudbet site is new one. make it fix or many will discourage on your site. Im saying this because i experience a delay also. and i almost lose it because im tired too wait on withdraw process.

@op we need update on this issue as it will go a long way in proving whether its caused by delay and increase their credibility compared or serve as a lesson to others.
@cloud bet please can you answer me why is it that when deposit is to be made its always instant regardless of the verification you might want to do but when it involves withdarawal then the verification takes forever?

While I have never had problems withdrawing on the site, but I have read a lot of people having these issues. So I think something more efficient should be done to ensure more security.

Also I have read people having delays after deposits, how is that related to security?

This is common practice from cloudbet. I have heard a lot of complaints regarding their withdrawal process. If they are so worried about security they should know that people with 2FA are hardly hacked and process the withdrawal for such an account instantly. The other accounts without 2FA still need an instant withdrawal as its their responsibility to look after their accounts and not the responsibility of cloudbet. So even if they are hacked its totally their fault. This is the reason I never play at cloud bet because they delay withdrawals.

yeah this is true. i stop also playing cloudbet since the withdrawal delay. my 1.2btc withdrawal tooks 3 days and yet not process. so i'm pissed of with them and make an email to the support. the support says the same thing as he stated above post. so i cancelled my withdrawal and play it again then lose. that was my giveaway to them. i think they don't need to secure withdrawal because it is the user responsibilty. i will not use again cloudbet until they bring back instant withdrawal.. cheers to them

Precisely !! Everything is all fine as long as we owe them money as soon as they owe us it's this massive deal. It's like little children who are spoilt and poor sport when the lose they want to cry and can't handle the facts of life and losing.

However having said this I notice they left a post here so this is at least a good sign so perhaps they deserve one chance more ^^

At least you doing something i suppose. But it would be great if you posted the outcome. I mean unless yo u want to hide ? If not then you have no reason not to but every reason to show us a happy ending as it will only do good for cloudbet. This little experience has actually stopped me using you guys. So don't think we don't take notice you will only lose existing members and not get new ones
