Hi

I owned a few antminers previously and had no issue at all mining sha256 coins with them.

I was offered a gridseed 5 dual miner for a good price and took up the offer.

Unfortunately no matter what software I have tried I cannot get this hardware to mine sha256 coins, scrypt coins are no problem currently hashing away at 377.7 .

Does anyone have experience with this hardware and can point me in the right direction for mining sha256 coins ?

Many thanks

Check the cryptomining blog, they should still have old post(s) with one or more links to the software you need.

I once had these miners running myself and I remember that you could modify the hardware to mine scrypt more efficiently, but after that you couldn't mine btc anymore.
