I must say that this your requirements in other to transact business is kind on the high side. I believe in my opinion though that one of the reason why this forum thrives is the issue of anonimty and trust I have bought and even sold Bitcoin without all this conditions and even freer and faster. Good luck in your business but I'm moving on... My opinion though...

With all this security measures does it mean you accept debit card method of buying btc? also you domain extension is canada do you pay out in canadian dollar or you target on the canada citizens?

With all the requirements you ask it would be much better for me to buy from Localbitcoins than at a website like yours which is new to me. I can understand if you only for example need only a selfie of me while holding a document like ID card that should be enough but asking for more than this will make me as a customer go away to a better place.

all trading exchange or bitcoin seller need a minimum indentification with ID CARD or other document
if you have see an exchange with no id needed for buy btc ! call me
