If you ask me, my opinion is it is very normal.
We have seen this happen many times before and it will come as no surprise if it will happen again tomorrow. The most shocking happening for me that occurred in the cryptosphere was the MtGox news. It was shocking and at the same time disappointing. I remember I was thinking that it was the time that bitcoin has come. But it was not. Millions were stolen from the Gox users and the price fell from the all time high. It was also a time where the mainstream media was covering bitcoin and ended with the Gox fraud. It was a very embarrassing time for me.
