In the last decade over 50% U.S companies have transfered their production houses to China for cheap production..........

That is the beauty of world trade.
Production has shifted to places where it can be done efficiently.
Global trade creates wealth. Some jobs have been lost but more have been gained.

Great redistribution of wealth with the new money fighting against the old money. Earlier, pandemics solved the problem of overpopulation and natural selection, now the same task is fulfilled by huge cities where people just don't propagate. World wars carried out the task of wealth destruction and redistribution, now the same is done by global trade and instantaneous capital outflows...

And any national state that doesn't get in or fit in may quickly follow the route of North Korea

I don’t see this as an intentional activity, it’s a pure competition. Today each and every company is looking to give maximum customer satisfaction and for that the price factor is one of the major elements. If a company is getting comparatively low cost of production in one country rather than existing country then why company won’t move? China is a labor specialized country and India is also emerging as a hot destination for investment so there is growth opportunities in such countries and which attracts foreign investors/companies to start manufacturing at comparatively low cost rather than US, UK etc.
