yes, before i go through entering all the information, i want to see what exchange rate is being offered for bitcoins.

The exchange rate is clearly displayed at the bottom of every single page. Currently 70, based partially on the current mtGox weighted average.

Above the exchange rate, we simply charge a 2 USD per passenger fee.
