I would like to mine EverGreenCoin [ http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/evergreencoin/ ] using CPU, though I have now idea about how do I do so ? can any one guide me to mine this coin on ubuntu (cpu mining) ?

You can only stake it.

Thanks for your reply, can you suggest any other new coin that can be mined by CPU? I have checked http://cpucoinlist.com/ already but couldn't make up my mind, any suggestion from an individual who is actually / currently mining via CPU would be great.
