but i know that primedice had a 0 house edge PVP dice game but they stopped it after a while for some reason!

but other than that you can find poker games that some site have as in hosting a poker table and let people play PVP.

The coolest game I ever saw that actually plays with bitcoin is battlecoin.org, but unfortunately as far as I know the development is stopped until further advise, but you can still play.

Not many PvP unless you playing online mmo and have a good clan or guild with access to good items. Or if you bet on your own games. There not so many btc games where you use a bitcoin balance. Most are faucets there is bustabit but its not really PvP. Other then that the other poster here said bomberman .

Why even bitcoin ? Maybe visit a real casino ? You do know right ,the sites that claim to provide you pvp games were caught cheating by supplying bots against real players ? My point being,don't get fooled by the sites advertised pvp gambling.I have only come across couple of poker sites which actually have PVP live sessions.

I remember playing Dark Ages of Camelot ages ago 
I would like to see it and possible play it again if they accept bitcoin as payment.
I had a very high level character on there and would like to revive it but don't have the cash or credit card payment method to do that any longer.
So bitcoin would seem to be the solid choice to do this for me.

I play poker , which I assume is the best PvP bitcoin game online . The good part in Poker is that it isn't completely dependent on luck , you have skill , you can win in a long run . Its interesting , fun and lots of offers are provided for pokers online.

It is really easy to learn, difficult to master... and supremely addictive With the added bonus of being able to win bitcoins! The best part is that it isn't super critical that your internet connection is super fast or anything... and you don't need a high end computer to be able to play.

I play poker , which I assume is the best PvP bitcoin game online . The good part in Poker is that it isn't completely dependent on luck , you have skill , you can win in a long run . Its interesting , fun and lots of offers are provided for pokers online.

Poker is a cool pvp game but i'd like to see more hand eye coordination type pvp games as its a different skill from math & psychology.  I know the concern is bots but there would be ways around this.

Chopcoin is excellent or was excellent im not sure they still run. Anyway the main problem was agar.io was so successful it has the first mover advantage.  Maybe we needed agar.io to just accept bitcoin.

1 thing we need right now is pokerstars to accept bitcoin.
