You got some feedback that might seem a bit unfair now that you've been on the forum awhile, but apparently you haven't learned yet that people here don't trust PayPal for Bitcoin transactions. It's not likely you're going to get anyone to do this deal.  You're still relatively new. And you know, hopefully, that PayPal is reversible and is the ideal tool for scammers.

If you keep doing this then rarely someone will trust you.

I am expecting from you to be polite now and wait for the guy who can trade with you.

Since you got the -ve feedback then he/she might not trust you so you should pay 1st or use an escrow service.
