As far as I know, Crypto games has a mobile friendly interface, all options are available, all features are available and arguably pretty easy to reach.
I like that they haven't really dumbed down the interface and that everything is easily reachable (personal opinion).

Another popular bitcoin dice site that isn't mentioned but mobile friendly is bitdice. Not much to say about the site but I do like that they have a weekly leaderboard makes it more competitive.

To gather some more informations about dice why dont you check it directly on dicesites.com. I guess everything about dice is already on that site and  there is link too for directly get into their site
