“without power supply” option highly encouraged as it is known to have less problems in customs!
Wish I'd known that before ordering! I don't think I can cancel now. I just didn't want to deal with having to order one separately... :\ |

i could say it was the smoothest Avalon preorder ever, no issues at all Strongly confirm. I've even managed to correct mistype in my phone (my fault) with help from Avalon team just minutes after I've asked for. Great job, guys! Thanks Yifu. |

Did you create an account at checkout? I also received an account creation email at the same time. Check your spam maybe. |

Have you been logged in as an existing customer during your ordering process? So I was and also got no confirmation email. Though I still can see my orders as 'Processing' in the cabinet. |
