Lol complete and utter FUD from, guess what, an unknown dev whom we are meant to believe currently has 45+ projects. Pull the other one it's got bells on it. No serious dev would move serious projects over to an unsupported chain that attracts criminals. One of which owns >10% of the ETC criminal coin supply.

Meanwhile back in the real world the ETC criminal coin is still in freefall and back to 6th place where it belongs. Just under the under developed LTC shitcoinage.

The ETC criminal coin and chain is dying.

Told you so:

ETC moving from central banker fools to strong hands. ETH moving from strong hands to those fools and their minions.

I don't know if ETC has a future as an immutable computer for smart contract experiments. I am hoping some groups such as IOHK step up and make it so. Charles indicated they could take ETC a different direction from ETH's planned Casper debacle.

Hopefully the back dealings are being done now to bring professional groups into ETC and get the hard work done.

 Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
Very funny (you got me, you got me), but let me be very clear...

The DAO goat hacker thief is destitute. His criminal proceeds are stuck at the bottom of a very deep well. I cannot believe that people are actually calling on him to take a lead with ETC, and even provide a way forward. Do they actually believe that he has that level of LEADERSHIP skills??? Because he can crack code and steal funds for beer money he must lead the way into the future???

REALLY??

Who is Milo Icon and what are the 30 projects that is going to move to ETC? Who are backing these projects? If they are small projects started in a "garage", I foresee this trend will happen more in the future. ETC will become a "community" platform very much like NXT and all the projects will come from the community. ETH will be a corporate chain and most of the venture capitalist funded projects will choose to be created and developed in the forked chain. This will be good because there will be less competition from the both of them.

Thus I can't mutate my blockchain creations to steal from some to give others EX POST FACTO in defiance of the code rules that were established, otherwise known as governance and democracy which is defined as a monopoly on force.

The thief is strong and proactive.

Yes, ETC is indeed a fresh opportunity to go long an immutable advanced smart contracts blockchain with significant dev activity (hopefully), for those of us (myself included) who missed the ETH boat

I have no idea exactly what you just said and what exactly your point is because your statement is very general and that's what all smart contract platforms goals are.

Anyway there is good news from Charles Hoskinson. He will be organizing for people from the ETC community to come together to get a road map created, some sort of governance started, some developers to start contributing on the platform and most importantly give initial funding for maintenance of development. Along the way he will also look for investors to provide more funding.

This is good news no.2 but I'm not sure what this means. Nick Szabo has retweeted something that contains an ETC wallet generator created by Elaine Ou who is a known ETC supporter. Is he changing sides?

Has Nick Szabo ever been against ETC? I would think that ETC is way closer to his libertarian mindset than the bailout chain.

Large corporations will only use private chains where there is no public access and as such have no use for ETH at all. You will see a few startups spun off (marketed) as being major advances in ETH space publicized to support the continuing pump.

i used to hate ethereum because of the fact that it is centralized but as time goes on i am liking ETC because it is moving more towards decentralization and also i am loving the chaos that has been created because of this fork for two reasons: the profit that i can gain from this chaos and also it is a living proof that forks like this are undesirable.
