yes i will like to say that it is still good time to start trading, because there is not wrong time for starting trading you can start trading any time but one thing must be keep in mind that always try to start trading with little amount of money .

In short, every time is the right time to start trading and when you had enough capital on your pocket to buy good alt coins.

And also you can just join some good ICO's that has the potential basing on the developers road map.

But it not totally depend on the luck as the knowledge is also involved in that and I will say that till the time when a person do not learn all about the trade and the coins in which he will like to invest for the trade then he do not have to start the work as a trader because if he will start trading only having luck dependence and will not have any knowledge then he will trade the same as a person gamble with his money.

You can start trading with that amount. There is no maximum limit for trading, but there is a minimum 0.01 btc in many exchanges. Your amount is bigger, so you can start your journey.
You can't make big profits with low amounts through trading, but it is better to start with small amounts and practice before you begin trading with bigger once.

If you are prepeared for trading than start, because earlier you start, earlier you gain experience and start earning.

Exactly, altcoin trading is a very risky job as many of them would turn out to be scam coins so in that case we may loose all our investments in a single day so its good to play it safe and invest in those coins that are surviving from a long time and who have good volume and those coins will surely give you good returns in long run.

yes in trading your knowledge you skill and experience are also count. in trading we cannot totally depend on luck. for example if you are going to trad alt coin so you need to know how can you trad alt coin in exchange you must need to learn the rules of exchange after that you need to know the history of the currency where you want to invest your money, and if you want to invest your money in ICO then you must know the road map and the new emerging currency and many more.
