I couldn’t understand that you want direct doge to (alternative currency) enabled exchange or you are okay with Doge to Usd or Doge to Btc and then trading with converted currencies.

If you are okay with second option, I would suggest yobit not because I am promoting them through my signature but I have personally used it (and I have also used other exchanges) and I find yobit is user friendly in that regard. You can deposit doge and convert it in btc or usd to trade with other alternative coins.

No there is not any binary trading platform supporting dogecoin as doge still needs more market cap as well as have to attract much more traders so that binary platform add them. And i also think there is no any for litecoin too.
