I have a suggestion for you. Since you need to learn Arabic from this App, why don't you to try to find a free software for it for your computer and learn Arabic on computer ?
I have seen many freewares which teach you both basic and advanced Arabic. Better try in warez. You might find your search for free of cost. I am sure.

Why don't you just buy a googleplay card ? If you want someone to buy this for you they need all your account information. There people here selling googleplay cards and i'm sure you can get them in your country they start at like $10 I think. You just load it into the googleplay account balance.

thanks for suggestion . but this is not about computer. I need a mobile app. and I also know there are a lot of free softwares available. but they are not that good how a paid and premium one is.

I need to buy this with bitcoin. if I had money in other sources to to buy googleplay card. I never ask here and spend 1$ extra.. anyway thanks anyone.

Since Extrabyte and Galer Posted here some download links of the app. I'll not accept any more application from now.. I'll first check their links if they work I'll pay one of him(who's link work) and if I found those files are not safe. I'll update the thread again.

I can confirm that I have received a tip from jamal and I hope that I helped you, about the apks it is good for you to have an antivirus for you on your phone like the CM Security so it scans every file you download and install so it can catch if any of these apks has virus.

Thanks extrabyet to confirming payment here. and honestly I didn't checked the file yet. I've downloaded the file from computer. will transfer it to my mobile and check how it works..

I checked you link also. but it dedirect me to an third party installer. but extraybyte give me the direct link of the .apk file from zippyshare. thats also a reason to choose him..
