A holder of ETH who happens to have a blog calls ETC a scam. It's an opinion piece by a biased holder. If you post articles by actual reporters that have no reason to be biased then maybe it's worth posting.

I mean I don't know to what degree you can call something a scam, to me its a scam if the devs make promises they don't keep with the intent of screwing over the invested people, but the only promise that has been made is that there will be two coins, it was sheisty thing to do to hard fork if you ask me, but how is it a scam exactly? As long as both coins continue to exist, and function properly, they technically fulfilled their promises.

David Seaman is a paid shill that will say whatever in exchange of money. It's funny how every single thing David Seaman has said has turned out to be the opposite. He was pro Bitcoin Classic and it was a failure. He was advocating a HF for Ethereum saying how there was no risk of 2 coins existing as a result and exactly that happened. He has also pumped other coins like Dash with exaggerated promises.

Someone is now impersonating Barry Silbert. Typical troll behaviour. If ETC is a scam, then I'm not sure what to say about the ETH fork and the TheDAO. People invested $150-200mm, but all the EF had to say was "TheDAO was our biggest project and... it failed".

DAO scam too, dao didn't offer 1:100 buy back program after the dao hacking, and after the shit storm, they offered 1:100 buy back to eth program, so many dao investors who sold below 0.01 dao/eth rate lost money. IMO dao should be fair to all ico investors, if ppl sold under 0.01, they should be also compensated.
