May be those unqualified stakes will be equally distributed among the qualified participants or remain in the dev funds.wait for better explanation from the dev since people are worried about the remaining bounty stake.I think it will be use for future promotion for pesobit,is a good idea.

Signature follow the typcal rule of computing all the stakes of participant before dividing it. According to Pesobit Dev Lutzow,bounties of unqualified participant in this campaign will be use by Pesobit Team to further develop coin usage and/or for future promotional campaign
