Please clarify the above because it is very confusing.

I think he meant users with minimum posts of 100. so if you are a user with over a hundred posts then you are qualified.\
you are required 20 posts to get paid weekly. thats how i understands OP, i believe this OP  is indeed a new user here in bitcointalk and doesn't understand yet the rankings here.

Ok, i think he is fair then but my last worries is that he needs to commit some funds with the escrow in order to boost peoples confidence.

No its not for 100 posts the minimum requirement to en-roll in the campaign is that you must have 100 posts. Means if you have posts 100 and activity of newbie you are allowed to join. And i guess 20 posts/week are required the OP is really not cleared hard to understand.

Payment rate for senior members and under is really really low. I don't see why it's less than half than the pay for a hero member. This should be the gap between full member and senior member, IMO

I assume that is fixed weekly rate per rank, that is too much if thats the rate per post, no one is paying .001btc per post to newbies right? What do you think?

Apart from it is that the OP don't give assurance as to how he will pay the participants when he hasn't assigned any escrow. this should be a warning for the people here.
Bitcoin users should at least look at the requirements before jumping into a campaign whether he may or may not scam us.

Well, the risk is for them if they will wear the signature then it should be their decision, besides you only need to post for 20 messages before you will receive a payment and for me that is not a hard job to do.

Lastly, I don't think nimirum would destroy its image with a little amount of money considering that they are in the ICO stage.
